- Place the chicken cubes in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add salt, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Heat a wide non-stick skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the chopped red onion and sauté until soft and lightly golden.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes over medium heat, then turn the pieces and continue cooking for another 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
