Crispy Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Cumin and Paprika (Easy & Healthy)

This Crispy Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Cumin and Paprika is my go-to healthy side dish. It’s naturally vegan, keto-friendly, and perfectly spiced for a smoky, earthy flavor that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of fresh cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • A pinch of black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet (this is a 1-pan wonder!), and season evenly with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  3. Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and the edges are golden brown and crispy.

Serving suggestion:

Serve hot, with tahini on the side for dipping or drizzling.
