- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet (this is a 1-pan wonder!), and season evenly with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and a fork inserts easily.
- For perfect browning, switch the oven to grill/broil mode and roast for an additional 2–3 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
