Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet (this is a 1-pan wonder!), and season evenly with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and the edges are golden brown and crispy.
