Crispy Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Cumin and Paprika (Easy & Healthy)

This is my go-to oven cauliflower — simple, flavorful, and family-approved.It’s gently spiced, perfectly roasted, and fits effortlessly into real, everyday meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Fresh cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • A pinch of black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet (this is a 1-pan wonder!), and season evenly with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  3. Roast for 35–40 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and a fork inserts easily.
  4. For perfect browning, switch the oven to grill/broil mode and roast for an additional 2–3 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.

Serving suggestion:

Serve hot, with tahini on the side for dipping or drizzling.
